Hammertoes

One of the easiest ways to prevent getting a Hammertoe is to wear shoes that fit properly and provide appropriate support to the forefront. Wearing shoes that have a roomy toe box and have minimal forefoot flexibility can decrease the likelihood of developing hammertoes or this can slow the progressions of hammertoes that have already begun to develop. Try to avoid shoes that have narrow or pointed-toe shape like high heels.
